Kids Parties
Terms and Conditions1. Booking and Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure the party booking. This deposit is non-refundable and must be paid before the party is confirmed.
The remaining balance is payable in cash only upon arrival on the day of the party. EFTPOS facilities are not available.
2. Party Activities
Molly’s Tumble Co. will provide age-appropriate games and activities tailored to the party guests.
All activities will be supervised by MTC coaches to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
3. Supervision
Parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the birthday child are responsible for supervising all party guests during the event.
MTC staff will supervise structured activities but are not responsible for individual guest supervision outside of these activities.
4. Food, Drinks, and Decorations
Parent(s) may bring food and drinks for the party, but all items must be consumed in the designated waiting area.
Food or drinks are not permitted in the gym.
Please limit drinks to water only.
MTC does not provide or serve food, and supervising parents are responsible for ensuring compliance with food and drink rules.
Decorations must be kept to a minimum and are permitted in the waiting area only.
5. Clean-Up
Parent(s) are responsible for ensuring that the party area is left clean and free of debris at the end of the party.
Bins will be provided for convenience.
6. Cancellation Policy
The 50% deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
7. Liability
Molly’s Tumble Co. is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the party, except in cases of proven negligence or wilful misconduct by MTC staff.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By paying the 50% deposit, Parent(s) agree to all the terms and conditions outlined above for hosting a party at Molly’s Tumble Co.

Holiday Camps
Terms and ConditionsDrop-Off and Pick-Up
Drop-off time is from 8:30 AM and pick-up no later than 3:30 PM.
Activities conclude at 3:15 PM, with any remaining time supervised in the designated waiting area.
A sign-in and sign-out process is mandatory at reception for each child’s safety.
What to Bring
Activewear suitable for movement, such as shorts or tights and a sleeved top.
A nut-free packed lunch and water bottle, as food cannot be purchased onsite.
Code of Conduct
Respectful behaviour toward peers, staff, and equipment is required at all times.
Abusive language, harassment, or misuse of equipment may result in immediate removal from the program with no refund.
Health and Safety
Molly’s Tumble Co. follows all relevant health guidelines and requires adherence to current government regulations.
If your child is unwell or has been exposed to a contagious illness, including COVID-19, please keep them home to ensure the safety of all participants.
Payment and Refund Policy
Full payment is required upon booking to secure a spot.
Prices advertised are inclusive of GST.
Refunds are not provided for cancellations, but credits may be issued at Molly’s Tumble Co.’s discretion.
Liability Waiver
Participation in physical activities involves inherent risks. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Molly’s Tumble Co. and its staff are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the program, except in cases of proven negligence.
Parents/guardians are responsible for any emergency medical costs, including ambulance services, if required.
Image Use
Photographs or videos of participants may be taken during sessions and used for promotional purposes unless the parent/guardian opts out in writing before the event.
Acknowledgment
By booking a spot in Molly’s Tumble Co. programs, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.

Workshops
Terms and ConditionsRegistration and Attendance
Pre-registration is required for all workshops, as spots are limited.
Children must be signed in and out by a staff member at the commencement of class.
Arrival and Departure
Participants should arrive 10 minutes before the workshop starts for check-in.
Late arrivals may miss important parts of the workshop and will not receive a refund or credit for missed time.
What to Bring
Comfortable activewear suitable for tumbling and dance.
A water bottle and nut-free snacks.
Behavioural Expectations
Students are expected to follow staff instructions and maintain a positive, respectful attitude.
Disruptive or unsafe behaiviour may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.
Payment and Refund Policy
Workshop fees must be paid in full upon booking.
Advertised pricing is inclusive of GST.
Refunds or credits will not be provided for cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop unless exceptional circumstances are demonstrated.
In the event of a workshop cancellation by Molly’s Tumble Co., a full refund or credit will be provided.
Health and Safety
Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical or behavioural conditions at the time of booking.
Children who are unwell should not attend workshops. Credits or make-up sessions may be considered for missed workshops due to illness.
Molly’s Tumble Co. adheres to all government health guidelines to ensure the safety of participants.

Pre-School Pros is designed for children aged 2.5 – 5 years.
Parent participation is required for all morning Pre-School Pro classes.
Classes are structured, and children must follow instructions and participate in set activities.
Pre-registration is required to maintain small class sizes.
10-Visit Pass
Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other classes.
Each pass is valid for one child only, unless otherwise approved.
Missed sessions will not be credited, extended, or refunded.
If a class is cancelled by Molly’s Tumble Co, the session will be credited back.
Your unique booking code tracks remaining visits and expiry—keep it secure.
Class Bookings & Attendance
Parents must book each class in advance, even when using a 10-Visit Pass.
Bookings close 1 hour before class starts (8 AM).
